Viewpoint V6 Software’s SQL Server database provides easy, direct connectivity to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Exchange.

Microsoft Word
Use the built-in ODBC link to merge Viewpoint data into MS Word. In addition, a unique Document Tools program is available with predefined templates for standard construction documents. The document templates can be customized to your firm’s specific needs. After a document is created, it can be printed, faxed or sent as an email attachment.

Microsoft Excel and Access
It’s easy to connect to the Viewpoint database directly from Excel and Access. Commonly used queries may be saved and automatically refreshed with current data. In addition, any Crystal Report may be exported directly to Excel for further analysis.
