Collaboration
Workflow enables multiple people to work on a process. Once a task is completed in the process, the owner of the next task is notified through email or system notification. 

Notify
Project managers of unapproved invoices that require approval, project management documents that are late, and accounts receivable invoices that are past due.

Queries
A predefined library of useful queries is delivered with Workflow.  Users can run the standard queries, copy and modify them as needed, or build their own.

Job Manager
Workflow’s Job Manager allows users to configure the frequency and duration of queries, and to define the messages to be sent to specified addressees.
