Selecting from a menu of conversion selections, Viewpoint customers can define which information must be converted. Customers may choose to convert master files only, active transactions data, or even historical information. Viewpoint Services provides conversion analysis, data mapping, data transformation, and technical verification of the data.

On Going Training
Viewpoint consultants regularly work with customers to get more out of their investment. To accomodate different needs, Viewpoint offers several different options for on-demand training.

Classroom Training. Regularly scheduled classes cover implementation procedures and an introduction to operating the Viewpoint Software suite of applications. Located in Portland, Oregon, our well-equipped facility provides an optimal learning environment.

On-Site Training. Experienced account managers provide a full range of on-site services to ensure a smooth transition from your current system to Viewpoint Software suite.  These professionals review your setups, provide in-depth staff training, and help you fine-tune procedures prior to live processing.

Internet-Based Training And Consultation. For added convenience, we provide training and consulting services via the Internet for a delivery method customers find highly effective and economical.
